Why We Get Fat

I read Why We Get Fat: And What to do About It per a recommendation on Windows Weekly about 1 year ago. I did the low carb diet for about 1 month. In that time I lost a lot of weight and felt better than I had in a long time. The problem is I went back to my old ways once I started feeling better. 

I'm going to do it again, but stick with it this time. In an effort to hold myself accountable, I'm blogging it to the world. By June, when I go to my brother in law's wedding I will look like a different person.
